Owsley Chiropractic Cares

At Owsley Chiropractic, we like to give back, not only to our patients but to the Bowling Green community, as well. Throughout the year, you will find us helping out HOTEL, INC, the Bowling Green/Warren County Humane Society, Special Olympics, and LifeSkills, Inc. Dr. Owsley also participates in No-Shave November as part of his dedication to community involvement.

Family Enrichment Center

Thank you to the Family Enrichment Center for letting us participate in the pasta dinner and the walk/run for children. We had a blast doing massages and raising money for such a great cause!

Community Action of Southern Kentucky

We were so happy to help raise money for Community Action of Southern Kentucky and to participate in the chili cook-off!

No-Shave November is so much more than just a reason to grow a great beard.

Bowling Green/Warren County Humane Society

The Humane Society is an independent, nonprofit agency contracted by Warren County to operate the animal shelter, which they moved into in 1983. The Humane Society donations are used to pay for medical care of sick and injured animals, animal cages, and incidental supplies, such as food/water bowls, dog/cat treats, canned cat/dog food, dog/cat toys, supplies for fundraisers, and education/outreach programs. Hill's Pet Products donates dog, cat, kitten, and puppy food to the organization.

The Humane Society's mission is to provide a clean comfortable shelter for the homeless, abused, lost, and impounded animals of our community; to place as many of these animals as possible in loving and responsible homes and humanely euthanize those not adopted; to investigate complaints of animal abuse/neglect; and to educate the public about responsible care of companion animals.

Special Populations Volunteers Needed

The Special Populations program in Bowling Green is always in need of volunteers for its many programs and special events. If you or your group would like to make a difference in the community, please contact them. All volunteer applications are now online for download.

HOTEL INC

Did you know that on any given day there are between 600-800 homeless people in Warren County? HOTEL INC has been doing their part to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Warren County for 35 years.
